The CLARÓS Group commenced its medical activities in 1942 in Barcelona with Doctor Andrés Clarós Doménech (Ear Nose Throat). It was later expanded by Doctor Pedro Clarós (Ear Nose Throat and Facial Plastic Surgery) in 1972 and Doctor Andrés Clarós Blanch (Ear Nose Throat) in 1980.
