About Us
Dr. Yusuf Acar is a highly skilled and experienced cosmetic surgeon. Born in Adana in 1980, he completed his primary and secondary education in Adana before attending Marmara University’s Medical School. In 2005, he received his medical degree and began a residency in plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgery at Dicle University. During his residency, he focused on reconstructive microsurgery, particularly on the topic of ischemia-reperfusion injury. His study, “A Comparison of the Effects of Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia with Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury on the Rat Transverse Rectus Abdominus Musculocutaneous Flap,” was published in the Annals of Plastic Surgery in 2013. After completing his residency, Dr. Acar worked in various hospitals before opening his own private clinic in 2020. He is married with two children and enjoys outdoor activities like tennis, hiking, swimming, and motorcycle riding. He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association.
