The Mohandai Oswal Hospital that exists today was once merely a vision and aspiration of Late Shri Lala Vidya Sagar Ji Oswal and the Oswal family. Smt. Mohandai Oswal, wife of Late Lala Vidya Sagar Oswal, valiantly battled cancer but eventually succumbed to the disease in 1974. However, her personal experience with cancer and her unwavering desire to help others who suffered from similar illnesses inspired the Oswal family to turn their resolution and dream into reality. Therefore, in 1984, Mohandai Oswal Cancer Hospital was established as a concrete manifestation of their goal and vision.
