About Us

Since 1989, I have dedicated my post-graduate professional life to the study and treatment of both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. From 1990 onwards, I have exclusively performed plastic surgery operations, with a strong emphasis on innovation and research. My expertise has been internationally recognized, and my biography was featured in “Who’s Who in the World” from 1999 to 2001. In Milan, I conduct plastic surgery procedures in both day-hospital and hospitalization settings, and I proudly serve as the Medical Director of the plastic surgery complex at the National Cancer Institute, a renowned global research and treatment institution. My extensive experience includes hospital training in plastic surgery, along with valuable work in cosmetic surgery both in Milan and abroad.

Experience

Throughout my 25-year professional career, I have performed over 6000 surgeries, including Aesthetic Surgery in private health facilities, Reconstructive Surgery in public health institutions, and breast cancer treatments (Senology). Currently, I hold the position of Plastic Surgeon Manager with a high specialization assignment at the IRCCS Foundation of the National Cancer Institute. Moreover, from 2008 to 2015, I served as a Breast Plastic Surgeon Consultant for general surgery breast surgery, contributing to over 800 breast reconstruction operations at the breast surgery complex unit during that period.

Education & Training

I graduated from the University of Palermo in 1989 and began my training in Plastic Surgery at the University of Milan’s S. Donato Hospital in 1990. I also served as a medical officer in the Army Medical Corps and participated in the IBIS mission in Somalia. In 1994, I achieved the Specialist Diploma in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery from the University of Milan. Over the years, I have worked as a Surgeon Specialist, Plastic Surgery Fellow, and Researcher at the National Cancer Institute in Milan. Since 2000, I have been the 1st level Medical Director in Plastic Surgery at the National Cancer Institute Foundation. Additionally, I work as a freelance plastic and aesthetic surgeon in various cities, and from 2009, I hold a highly specialized managerial position in facial reconstructive surgery at the National Cancer Institute Foundation in Milan.
