Prof. Dr. Ugur Gunel, born in 1954 in Osmaniye, is a distinguished figure in the field of Orthopedics and Traumatology. His journey in medicine began with graduating from Eskisehir Maarif College in 1972, followed by completing Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1978. During his educational years, he undertook an internship at the University of Cologne, Germany, Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Gunel obtained his specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology in 1985, which he initiated at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1980.
