About Us
Op. Dr. Afet Öncel, born in 1984 in Kayseri, graduated second in her class from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2007. She began her residency in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital in 2008, during which she gained valuable experience as an International Fellow at Northwestern University in Chicago. Her expertise was further validated by obtaining the European Board Certification, recognizing her skills in the field of plastic surgery.
