Aret Kamar was born in Istanbul in 1967. He completed his primary education at Esayan Lisesi and continued his secondary and high school education at Özel Pangaltı Lisesi, graduating first in his class in 1983-1984. He attended Istanbul University’s Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 1989. He worked as a resident physician at Taksim Ilkyardim Hospital’s Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic after passing the medical specialization exam. He became a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology in 1995 and began working at Denizli Buldan State Hospital, focusing on endoscopy and infertility treatments. He resigned from his government position in 2005 to establish Istanbul Tube Baby and Women’s Health Center, where he and his team work in the fields of obstetrics and gynecology, infertility, and tube baby treatments.
