He focused his work on microsurgery, free tissue transfers, and stem cells derived from adipose tissue. To reduce deaths caused by skin loss in large areas of the body and to obtain healthy skin, he started working on stem cell-based artificial biological skin. This study was deemed worthy of support from the Ministry of Science and Industry SANTEZ project.
