Op. Dr. Hakkı İzmirli received his primary education at Taksim Elementary School in Istanbul and continued his secondary education at Beyoğlu Middle School and Taksim Atatürk High School. He then completed his medical education at Istanbul University. After completing his residency in Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery at Kocaeli University, he completed his mandatory service at Derince Training and Research Hospital. He then worked in his own clinic in Sakarya for 1 year before deciding to continue his career in Istanbul, working in a private hospital in Levent for 1 year and a private aesthetic clinic in Fulya for 2 years.
