Dr. Taylan Akça, born in 1980 in Trabzon, completed his dental degree at Marmara University in 2004. He then advanced his skills in Oral, Dental, and Maxillofacial Surgery at Başkent University, where he earned his specialist title in 2009 after presenting a thesis on the efficiency of antibiotics in oral tissues of patients with chronic renal failure. He fulfilled his military service as a specialist in the Diyarbakır Military Hospital in 2010.
