Prof. Dr. Mehmet Murad Başar, born in 1966 in Ankara, is a distinguished urologist and andrology specialist with over 30 years of experience. He completed his medical education at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine (1983–1989) and his urology specialization at Ankara Turkey High Specialization Hospital (1989–1993). Dr. Başar furthered his expertise in male sexual dysfunction and penile surgery in Italy from 1994 to 1995.
