He completed his medical education at Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1984, followed by a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1991. He further advanced his expertise with specialized training in Tube Baby and Laparoscopic Surgery at The Royal Hospital of St. Bartholomew, London, and Yale University, USA.
