He graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine in 2000 and completed his specialization in Neurosurgery at İzmir Dokuz Eylül University in 2007. Dr. Akşan has served in various roles, including introducing advanced surgical techniques at Muş State Hospital and fulfilling his military duty at Eskişehir Air Hospital.
