About Us
Prof. Dr. Nezih OKTAR was born in Izmir in 1953 and graduated from Izmir College in 1968 and Ankara Science High School in 1971. After starting his medical education at Ege University Faculty of Medicine, he earned his medical doctorate degree in 1977 and completed his specialty training at the same faculty, becoming a Neurosurgery Specialist in 1983.
