Assoc. Prof. Yalçın Yontar, MD, completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara between 1990-2002 and earned his master’s degree at Eskişehir Osmangazi University School of Medicine from 2002-2008. In 2008, he qualified for residency training at Erciyes University School of Medicine, specializing in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and Burn Center, where he completed his residency program in 2014 with a thesis on correcting concavity of rabbit auricular cartilage. His study was published in “Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery,” a prestigious plastic surgery journal.
