About Us
Prof. Dr. Birkan Özkan was born in 1980 in Tarsus, Mersin. He completed his basic dentistry education at Selcuk University Faculty of Dentistry in 2003. During his university years, he represented Turkey as the Official Delegate of the European Dental Students Association (EDSA). His academic journey was marked by receiving a prestigious scholarship from the USA’s Texas – Houston University, one of America’s leading universities.
