Ertuğrul Akşahin, born on April 24, 1975, completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Karabük. He was accepted to the English department of Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1992 and graduated in 1999. In 2000, he started his specialization at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital 3rd Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic. He completed his specialization in 2005 and continued to work in the same clinic with the Operator Doctor staff. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2013. He worked as an Education Assistant at Ankara Training and Research Hospital between 2013 and 2015. Afterwards, he worked at Ankara Batıkent Medical Park Hospital between 2015 and 2020. Ertuğrul Akşahin, who received the title of Professor in 2019, currently works in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Yüksek İhtisas University.
